Payment is held during the purchase. Delivered coral has a 120 minute DOA reporting window from actual delivery. Evidence is reviewed by CoralBay; no coral return is required. Collection is inspected and accepted at handover.

Buy and sell with CoralBay Protection.
Marine Marketplace sellers can now offer protected delivery or collection with online payment. CoralBay handles the payment through Stripe and holds it until the purchase reaches the appropriate completion stage, with a process for reporting covered problems.
Protection costs just 50p + 4% of the item price, added to the buyer’s total. Postage is excluded from the percentage calculation. Both buyer and seller can follow the transaction’s stages in their account.
