- When you receive you parcel please take clear photo of it before opening it.
- Unwrap / unbox and take a clear photo of the coral still inside unopened bag.
- If the coral seems dead please send us photos to either shop@coralbay.uk and or whatsup message via 07724632132
- Photo with dead coral must be delivered to us within 2 hour of signed delivery.
- Corals dipped and corals put into your tank become your responsibility.
