• Refunds will be processed for unshipped corals up to a maximum of 7 days from payment date.
      • DOA ( Dead on arrival ) store credit for customer will be applied if instructions are followed. Please see DOA policy.
      • No refunds on shipped corals unless DOA
      • In case of confirmed DOA – a store credit is applied.
      • No returns of corals is accepted.
      • Refund / store credit sum does not include cost of shipping.
      • No responsibility taken of missed delivery attempts or changes to delivery dates.
      • When parcel is signed for we assume parcel has been delivered correctly and to the right address.
      • We do not take responsibility for delayed parcels.
      • Guarantee applies to online shipped orders only, not collections.
      • No refund cover for corals that are not moved into the aquarium within 2 hour of signed delivery.
