- DOA ( Dead on arrival ) store credit for customer will be applied if instructions are followed. Please see DOA policy.

- No responsibility taken of missed delivery attempts or changes to delivery dates.
- When parcel is signed for we assume parcel has been delivered correctly and to the right address.
