We specialise in live coral sales within the UK Mainland. By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1️⃣ Order & Dispatch

  • We normally dispatch corals as soon as possible using a Next Working Day delivery service.

  • If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact us immediately after placing your order using the details below.

  • If we have not been contacted about a preferred day, your coral will be dispatched at the earliest safe opportunity.

  • We may delay dispatch if weather, courier performance, or livestock health conditions make shipping unsafe.

  • In-person collection can be arranged by prior agreement.

2️⃣ Packaging

  • Corals are professionally packed in insulated containers (e.g., poly boxes) using secure bags/tubs.

  • Heat or cool packs may be included depending on season.

  • Every effort is made to reduce shipping stress.

3️⃣ Delivery, Tracking & Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping is Next Working Day Delivery within UK Mainland only.

  • A tracking number is provided for each shipment.

  • The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or failure to monitor tracking.

Ownership and risk transfer to you:

  • When first delivery attempt is made at the provided address (not when accepted)

  • If delivery is missed or refused, responsibility fully passes to the customer

4️⃣ Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

We offer a Dead On Arrival policy for store credit only under the following conditions:

✅ Must send clear photos and/or video
✅ Within 2 hours of recorded delivery time
✅ Coral must remain sealed in the original packaging

If approved:
→ A store credit will be issued for the coral value (excluding shipping)

DOA does not cover:

  • Delays in delivery

  • Coral colour loss, temporary stress, reduced polyp extension

  • Issues reported beyond the 2-hour timeframe

5️⃣ Coral Health, Acclimation & Husbandry

Corals are live animals. Some stress during transport is normal.

We strongly recommend:

  • Float bag or container in tank for 15–30 minutes for temperature acclimation

  • Avoid harsh dipping or aggressive handling immediately after arrival

  • Place coral in a low-light, low-flow acclimation area at first

  • Gradual adjustment to permanent placement

Once delivered and unboxed, coral health becomes the responsibility of the customer.

6️⃣ Coral Photos, Colour & Variability

  • Colours may vary under different lighting (white/blue spectrum, PAR).

  • Frag size is approximate and slight natural variation is expected.

  • Product images show the coral type, and in many cases the exact frag.

  • Corals grow, recede, or change colour naturally over time — this is not a quality defect.

7️⃣ Pests, Algae & Natural Hitchhikers

We inspect, quarantine, and maintain healthy coral stock — however:

⚠️ We cannot guarantee corals are free from:

  • Sponges, algae, micro-fauna, copepods, bristleworms

  • Common coral hitchhikers found in reef ecosystems

No warranty is provided against pests, disease, or nuisance algae.
Proper dipping and quarantine practices are recommended once settled.

8️⃣ Returns & Cancellations

  • No returns accepted on livestock for animal welfare reasons.

  • Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.

  • Special-order or reserved items may be subject to holding costs.

9️⃣ Compliance

  • We currently ship within UK mainland only (no international coral shipping).

  • All corals are captive-grown or responsibly sourced.
